David (1977, Zoersel, B) graduated from Ghent University (B) as an engineer-architect and urban planner. After a period as a research assistant at the university, he joined HUB architecten in 2004. Since 2025, he has been part of the partner team.

Within HUB, David has built up extensive experience in supervising projects from design to delivery. He was, among others, the project architect of The Residence (New South, Antwerp, B) and De Veldekens residential area (Berchem, B). Over the years, David developed a strong affinity for building technology. He used this technical expertise in complex and long-term projects, such as the Park & Ride buildings around Antwerp (B), where he determined the design with a focus on tectonics and aesthetics.

His passion for detailing, expertise and process guidance make him a permanent fixture in the implementation phase of projects. For example, he is involved in the development on the Plantin and Moretuslei in Antwerp (B) and the Arboreto residential area in Tervuren (B).

As a partner, David is part of HUB's management team. He is also responsible for the operational functioning and quality management of the office.
