Hanne Daelemans
Architect, Partner
Hanne (1987, Edegem, B) studied architecture at Sint-Lucas Brussels (B) and attended an Erasmus exchange at the Technical University of Gothenburg (SE) during her studies. Before joining HUB architects in 2010, she gained experience at Voet-Theuns Architects (Antwerp, B) and 1:1 Architecture (Antwerp, B). She has been part of HUB's partner team since 2025.
Hanne stands out for her strong control of the design process in all phases, from concept to implementation. She combines this with a great deal of empathy for users and clients. Whether it's small-scale projects such as Arts Basics for Children in Brussels (B) or large-scale developments such as the Friendship site in Antwerp (B) — Hanne always works with the same care and consistency.
In addition, she has specialized in redevelopment and heritage. Among others, she led the feasibility study for the renovation of the Bourla theater in Antwerp (B) and was responsible for the design of the renovation of the Begijnhof in Antwerp (B).
Within the office, Hanne takes on the role of mentor in a natural way. She guides younger colleagues and uses her experience to strengthen the office's internal functioning. Today, as a partner and member of the management team, she is co-responsible for HR and HUB's internal organization.
